“We couldn't have asked for a better day, and we had a very enthusiastic group of runners and walkers in all age groups and experience levels,” said Rehabilitation Services Supervisor Karen Foster. “We look forward to doing the 5K again next year.”

The first male to cross the finish line was Matt Moon with a time of 20:14. Nikki Barrett led the women at 26:38.  Click here to view finish times or winners by age group.

Proceeds from the 5K were donated to Friends of Coffey Health System.

“We value our auxiliary volunteers and the work they do,” Foster said. “They research where money can best be used within Coffey Health System and in the community. They do so much to support us, we wanted to support them.”
