As a Medicare-certified agency, we accept Medicare assignment at no additional cost to the client for nursing and therapy services. We also accept clients with Medicaid and private insurance who meet the criteria of those agencies for admission to home health.

Skilled Nursing — A registered or licensed practical nurse (RN or LPN) will visit to provide services such as dressing changes, catheter care, vital sign assessment, medication assistance, diabetes instruction and care, wound care, I.V. infusion, or any other services your physician has ordered.
Home Health Aide — A certified aide is available to provide services such as personal care, bathing, hair care, bed changes, shaving, and just making you comfortable. This service is available only if there is a skilled or therapy need for your care.
Therapy — If your physician has ordered physical, occupational, or speech therapy , the rehabilitation professionals from Coffey County Hospital will provide these services in the comfort of your own home.
Medical Social Service — Social services professionals are also available on a short-term basis to assess the social and emotional factors related to your illness, need for care, response to treatment, and adjustment to care. Counseling for long-range planning, decision making, and community resource planning is also offered.
Dietitian — Coffey Health System's registered dietitian is available for home visits when your physician feels that meal planning and assistance in obtaining proper nutrition will enhance your healing process.
Physician Referrals — CCH Home Health Agency is a division of Coffey Health System, and also gladly accepts referrals from physicians outside of Coffey County.
Additional premium services —Having an AlertOne personal home medical alarm will provide peace of mind to you and your loved ones. Remain at home with confidence because Alert One is on-call to assist you. You can feel comfortable knowing that if you have an emergency, your call will go directly to Coffey County Hospital. We even test your system monthly.
Private-pay services for medication set-up, non-diabetic foot care, and bathing.
