Coming Friday, November 22!
Lunch & Learn: Retain Your Brain
The health of your brain plays a
critical role in almost everything you do: thinking, feeling, remembering,
working, and playing. The next presentation in the Coffey Health System Lunch
& Learn series will address simple steps you can take to help keep your
brain healthier as you age.
Cindy Miller, dementia care specialist
with the Alzheimer’s Association, will share how the
brain works and changes with age, how the heart and brain are connected, and how
social connections and emotional health affect the brain.
The public is invited to attend the Lunch & Learn on Friday, November
22, from noon to 1 p.m. in Coffey County Hospital's Allen Woods 2 Conference
Attendance and lunch are free.
Seating is limited, so register today by contacting Lacey Ballard at
