Essential functions: oversight of business & fiscal affairs; recommend & develop improvements; ensure compliance with all regulatory agencies & accrediting bodies; monitor internal processes & initiate change; oversee all managed care relationships, including reimbursement, negotiation with third-party payers & maintenance of contracts.
