Certified Nursing Aide - Full-time - Provide basic patient care under direction of nursing staff.
Speech Therapist – Part-time or PRN - Evaluate hearing or speech and language test results, barium swallow results, or medical or background information to diagnose and plan treatment for speech, language, fluency, voice, or swallowing disorders. Administer hearing or speech and language evaluations, tests, or examinations to patients to collect information on type and degree of impairments, using written or oral tests or other instruments. This can be a Part-time or ‘PRN’ opportunity.
Licensed Practical Nurse - Full-time - Care for ill, injured, convalescent, or disabled patients in hospitals, nursing homes, or clinics; may work under the supervision of a registered nurse.
The Meadows (assisted living)
Cook - Full-time - Assists in the preparation and cooking of food during shift. Prepares food in accordance with established procedures and sanitary regulations. Assists in setting up tray line, distributing food to various areas and disassembling serving line. Maintains cleanliness of work area and all articles used.
Certified Medication Aide – Part-time - Gives medications to patients and provides basic patient care under the direction of Physician and nursing staff.

Sunset Manor (long-term care)
Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing or Asst. Dir. of Nursing - Full-time - Oversees nursing services of 42-bed Long Term Care Unit and participates in MDS processing. Prepares work schedules and assigns duties to nursing staff for proper care and efficient use of personnel. Observes nursing care and visits with residents/responsible persons to ensure that nursing care is carried out as directed, and treatment is administered in accordance with Physicians orders and establish policies and procedures.

Licensed Practical Nurse - PRN - Care for ill, injured, convalescent, or disabled patients in hospitals, nursing homes, or clinics; may work under the supervision of a registered nurse.

Physician Clinics
Mid-level Provider (Physician Assistant or Advanced Practice Registered Nurse) - Full-time - Working in the outpatient clinic offices, under the supervision of a Physician, the duties will include diagnosing and deciding treatment for patients, analyzing and interpreting x-rays and lab results, writing prescriptions, taking patients’ histories, providing surgical assistance, ordering various forms of therapy, and examining patients.
RN – Medical Clinic Physician’s Nurse - Full-time - Provide nursing services to clinic patients. Nurse will work with and accompany a new clinic physician mainly working in the Yates Center clinic, but may go to other clinic locations with physician.
