RN - OB experience preferred, nights 6 p.m. – 6:30 a.m. (PT)
Dietary Aide - Food prep, stock, serve and wash dishes. (PT & PRN)
Radiology/CT Tech - General radiology procedures and CT exams, evenings 12:30 p.m. – 11 p.m. Monday-Thursday.
Ortho Mid-Level Practitioner - Perform initial medical assessments of patient and determine course of treatment with physician, initiate patient treatment, perform procedures, administer medication, perform patient education. Procedures: application of orthopedic devices & equipment, reductions, injections. Perform ER 1st call. Current license with KS Board of Healing Arts, BLS, if PA-NCCPA.
CNA - Provide direct patient care for hospital-based patients. 6 p.m. - 6:30 a.m.
Patient Access Coordinator - Register all patients into EMR for incoming services for outpatient clinics, ancillary services, and hospital admissions. Audit prior shift work. Ability to work flexible hours. 6 a.m. - 6 p.m.
Clinic Nurse or Med Assistant - Take vitals and obtain social history, assist physician, maintain patient flow. MA, LPN or RN.
Patient Care Coordinator - Answer calls, schedule patient appointments, enter ancillary orders, schedule procedures, perform medical necessity checks, perform referrals & prior authorizations. Maintain provider schedule. Clinic experience preferred.
Mid-Level Provider - Clinic setting in family practice, provide patient care through a physical exam, review of patient history, ordering and review of ancillary service, referrals, etc. NP or PA, BLS / ACLS. Coffey County Medical Clinic and Yates Center Medical Clinic.
Sunset Manor Long-term Care Unit (Waverly)
CMA - 6 a.m. – 2 p.m., administer meds, ability to read orders (PT)
CMA/CNA - 5:45 a.m. – 2:15 p.m., administer meds, assist residents with ADLs
CNAs - all shifts, 6 a.m.-2 p.m./2 p.m.-10 p.m./10 p.m.-6 a.m. - provide direct patient care for LTC based patients (LPT & PT)
RN - Assessments, treatments, aide oversight, long-term care experience. Day, evening, weekend.
LPN - Knowledge of proper body mechanics, proper lift status - total and sit to stand. LTC setting. Evening and nights 6 p.m. - 6:30 a.m.
Environmental Service Aide - Clean and disinfect resident and staff areas, bathrooms, assist with laundry. Day and weekends.
Cook/Dietary Aide - Food prep, serve residents and wash dishes. (PRN)
