Coffey County Hospital
AEMT or Paramedic - EMS duties, AEMT KS certification. (FT or PRN)
Environmental Services Tech - General cleaning & other tasks assigned. (Evening, weekend)
Physical Therapist - Inpatient, outpatient, and possible home health, KS license, as needed coverage. (PRN days)
Speech Therapist - Inpatient, outpatient, and possible home health, KS license, as needed coverage. (PRN days)
MLT, Medical Technologist, MLS or CLS - Perform lab tests on blood, urine, and other specimens. Perform maintenance, calibrations, and QC on lab instruments. Order and receive tests via EMR. Call rotation.
Radiology/CT Tech - Perform radiologic exams & CT's from ER and inpatient, 11:30 a.m. - 10 p.m.
CNA - Provide assistance with ADL's to patients. CNA & BLS. (FT nights, LPT-One shift per week)
LPN or RN - Provide nursing care on med-surg unit. Active license and BLS. (Nights & PRN)
Cook - Cook exp. required ability to read and follow recipes. Grill cook must be flexible to work mornings, evenings, and weekends.
RN - Receive and give reports on patients in the emergency room, perform patient assessments. BLS/ACLS/PEARS or PALS. (PT & PRN)
Patient Access Coordinator ER Registration - Register patients into EHR for incoming services & outpatient clinics, ancillary departments, and hospital. Audit prior work for accuracy. Saturday and Sunday night. (12-hour shifts) (PT)
Coffey County Medical Center
Medical Records Clerk - Scan patient medical records, release of information functions, answer phone, filing/retrieving any paper charts, work with transcription, backfill receptionist. Prefer medical office and medical record experience.
Sunset Manor Long-term Care Unit (Waverly)
CMA/CNA - administer meds, ability to read orders, assist residents with ADLs. CNA/CMA/BLS required. (LPT)
CNA - provide direct patient care for LTC based patients. CNA certificate & BLS. (FT, PT, & PRN)
Environmental Service Tech - Clean and disinfect resident and staff areas, bathrooms, assist with laundry. Day, evening, & weekends. (FT, PT & PRN)
Dietary Aide - Dishes, snacks, and drinks for residents along with cleaning duties.
CMA/LPN - Pass meds/chart admin, assist residents with ADL's.
Cook - Cooking meals for residents, prep work, minimal cleaning.
RN Clinical Manager - Monthly nursing schedule, oversee nursing staff competencies, know all roles: CNA/CMA, LPN/RN, staff liaison, member of nursing admin., review risk management. Required: at least 2 years of LTC experience, basic computer skills, beneficial scheduling/training experience.
Home Health Aide - Assist with home-based ADL's, bathing, housekeeping, run errands. CNA/HHA certificate. (PT)
