Coffey County Hospital
Environmental Services Tech - General cleaning & other tasks assigned. Days 6 am - 2:30 p.m. (FT & PT)
Mid-level Practitioner - Independently work as the PA/ARNP for the Emergency Room. Physician support available. ACLS, PALS, NRP preferred. ACLS required within the first 60 days. 9 p.m. - 9 a.m.
Certified Dietary Manager - Manages dietary employees, ordering, department regulations and menu's.
Med-Surg RN - Adult and pediatric nursing, post-partum care, nights 6 p.m. - 6:30 a.m.
Dietary Aide/Dishwasher - Food prep, stock, serve and wash dishes. Assist cook with tray for patients, deliver tray, clean dining room, customer service skills (PRN)
Ortho Mid-Level Practitioner - Perform initial medical assessments of patient and determine course of treatment with physician, initiate patient treatment, perform procedures, administer medication, perform patient education. Procedures: application of orthopedic devices & equipment, reductions, injections. Perform ER 1st call. Current license with KS Board of Healing Arts, BLS, if PA-NCCPA
Cook - Ability to follow menu, recipes, cook for customers, and put away stock. Day, evening and weekends.
Physical Therapist - Inpatient, outpatient, and possible home health, KS license, as needed coverage. (PRN days)
Speech Therapist - Inpatient, outpatient, and possible home health, KS license, as needed coverage. (PRN days)
Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant - Inpatient, outpatient, and possible home health, KS license, as needed coverage. (PRN days)
MLT, Medical Technologist, MLS or CLS - Perform lab tests on blood, urine, and other specimens. Perform maintenance, calibrations, and QC on lab instruments. Order and receive tests via EMR. Call rotation.
Radiology/CT Tech - Perform radiologic exams & CT's from ER and inpatient, 11:30 a.m. - 10 p.m.
Maintenance Technician - Perform all aspects of building maintenance, PM's on equipment, troubleshoot equipment failure, data entry, read/understand manuals. Comply with codes and regulations. Valid driver's license required.
Home Health Agency
CNA - In-home housekeeping duties, provides patient care by assisting with ADL's. Driver's license and reliable transportation required.
Coffey County Medical Center
Clinic Nurse (LPN or RN) - check-in patients, gather insurance, and demographic information. Take vitals and obtain social history, assist provider, and maintain patient flow. Transport supplies and items from satellite clinics to main campus.
Patient Care Coordinator - Answer phone, perform medical necessity checks, referrals & prior authorizations. Maintain provider schedule. Schedule patient appointments, enter ancillary orders. Prefer clinic experience.
Mid-Level Practitioner - Provide patient care in clinic setting, obtain social history, provide treatment. Collaborate with peers. A.P.R.N or PA and BLS required.
Receptionist - Demographic & insurance verification, cash collections, phones, manage charts.
Sunset Manor Long-term Care Unit (Waverly)
CMA/CNA - administer meds, assist residents with ADLs (FT & LPT)
CNA - provide direct patient care for LTC based patients. (FT & PRN)
Environmental Service Aide - Clean and disinfect resident and staff areas, bathrooms, assist with laundry. Day and weekends. (PT, LPT & PRN)
Dietary Aide - Dishes, snacks, and drinks for residents along with cleaning duties.
CMA/LPN - Pass meds/chart admin, assist residents with ADL's.
Cook/Dietary Aide - Food prep, serve residents and wash dishes. (PRN)
