No out-of-pocket expense for the vaccine: The COVID vaccine carries an administration fee that is paid by insurance. Patients who are uninsured--or on the off-chance that an individual's insurance does not cover the fee--the cost is absorbed by CHS and covered by a grant. No one should or will be charged an out of pocket cost for a COVID vaccine at CCMC.

Sunset Manor
EFFECTIVE October 25, 2021 - Sunset Manor is pleased to announce we are reopening visitation with our elders. All visits will take place in the “Chapel” or outside. We are hopeful to move to in-room visits again soon, we also have our Visit Time online option. Please remember: 4 people for outdoor visits and 2 people for indoor visits. All visitors must be screened by facility staff prior to visits, perform hand hygiene, and wear a mask. We encourage vaccinations and social distancing. No age limits, but all other requirements must be followed during visit. Feel free to contact Sunset Manor with any questions. We know you are eager to see your loved one.
Important information for uninsured patients: On March, 22,2022 at 11:59 p.m. ET, the Health Resources & Services Administration's Uninsured Program stopped accepting claims for COVID-19 testing and treatment due to lack of sufficient funds. On April 5, 2022 at 11:59 p.m. ET, the Uninsured Program will also stop accepting vaccination claims due to a lack of sufficient funds.
