Our Board of Trustees

The Coffey Health System Board of Trustees meets on the last Monday of each month in Coffey County Hospital’s Allen Woods 2 Conference Room. Meetings are called to order at 6 p.m. The Executive Finance Committee meets on the Thursday prior to the board meeting.
Trustees are appointed by the Coffey County Commission to three-year terms.

The CHS Board of Trustees meets on the last Monday of the month (unless otherwise approved by board consent and noted below) in Coffey County Hospital’s Allen Woods 2 Conference Room. Meetings are called to order at 6 p.m.

Trustees are appointed by the Coffey County Commission to serve three-year terms.

Executive Finance Committee
The Executive Finance Committee meets at noon on the Thursday prior to the monthly board meeting at 1 p.m. in AW3 Conference Room.

Strategic Planning Operational Committee
Strategic Planning Operational Committee meets the first month of each calendar year, and the last month of the calendar year, or as often as necessary to fulfill its duties.
