Senior Accountant
Oversee day-to-day operations of finance department, A/R, A/P, general ledger, payroll, relationship management w/banks, insurances & other vendors. Generate monthly financial statements & annual audit prep. Collaborate w/internal constituents / leadership; work closely w/CFO. Identify ways to improve efficiencies in revenue cycle, eliminate backlogs, & respond proactively to departmental needs. Analyze existing computer & manual processes. Prefer: BS/BA in Accounting & exp. in healthcare finance.  Desire: Prior senior finance exp. w/ a 3-5 yr successful track record & advanced Excel experience.  Will consider education &  experience. Prefer on-site; will consider hybrid for commute >1 hour.
Finance Dept., Burlington, KS (FT)

Billing - A.R. Specialist
Aging analysis of insurance claims with follow-up of unpaid claims, claim denials and problem solving for Medicare, Medicare Advantage, BlueCross, Commercial and Medicaid payers.  Preferred: experience in medical billing; CPT/ICD10 education; basic use of Word and Excel. Coffey County Hospital, Burlington, KS (FT)

Billing - Payment Poster/Office Clerk
Post private pay & insurance payments, contractual adjustments & insurance claim denials to patient accounts per policy. Balance daily batch/deposit to the entries made in A/R. Report changes in insurance carrier payment trends/denials. Work directly with A/R staff to ensure prompt claim denial follow-up. Identify insurance carrier & patient account overpayments & report credit balances. Coffey County Hospital, Burlington, KS (FT)

Cook
Working in a cook role; ability to follow recipes and resident diet restrictions. Tasks: prep/cook/serve/clean. Varied shifts; 6am-2:30 or 10 am- 6:30 p.m.

ED Supervisor
Provide oversight of the ED, ensuring patients receive emergent-based care compliant with current regulations, policies & procedures.  Manage / oversee scheduling of ED personnel; assisting as needed. Participate in training / drills as relevant to the safety of others & provision of patient care within the ED & hospital setting.  Accept applications: KS. RN.
